Return and Refund Policy

Please read the following return and refund policy based on "Product Category" to ensure your rights are protected:

Return and Refund Policy for "Electronic Tickets (QR-Code)"

1. The refund policy for electronic tickets (QR-Code) is based on the terms and conditions of the specific package. Please carefully read the refund instructions provided for the package before proceeding with the refund application.

2. Electronic tickets (QR-Code) must be used within the validity period. Some electronic tickets (QR-Code) are for services provided at specific times and locations (including but not limited to concerts, music events, or exhibitions). If the holder of the electronic ticket (QR-Code) is unable to redeem the service at the specified time and location for any reason, refunds or compensation will not be provided.

3. If the merchant offering the product or service goes out of business or is otherwise unable to provide the product/service before the consumer uses the electronic voucher, the amount paid by the consumer will be refunded through the ticketing agent.

4. Please refer to the refund instructions and relevant notices on the electronic ticket product for detailed refund policies.

5. After receiving your refund request, customer service will process the refund manually according to the refund policy for each product (approximately 5 working days). Once the processing is complete, you will receive a "Refund Application Processed Notification" via email, which will show the refund amount. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original credit card statement.
 
6. The refunded amount will appear on your current or next billing statement depending on your credit card billing cycle. If you need to confirm the refund urgently, please contact your issuing bank.

7. Upon agreeing to the return, the payment agent will handle the electronic invoice and sales return certificate to expedite the return and refund process.
