Download Taiwan FunPASS APP, enter serial number (multiple serial numbers can be tied to one phone).
Step3.
Enter your personal information to validate Kaohsiung FunPASS.
Step4.
Go to a partner attraction or store, open the app and present the QR-Code in the app to the staff for verification.
After downloading the app, enter your Kaohsiung FunPASS serial number and follow the description of the attraction to redeem the service and start your journey.
Q1:Where can I purchase the Kaohsiung FunPASS?
A1:Currently, it can be purchased on the official Kaohsiung FunPASS website. Other online purchase channels are continuously being added.
Q2:How do I activate my Kaohsiung FunPASS?
A2:Refer to the instructions above on how to use the card. Show the QR code from the app to the service staff at participating businesses for verification; there is no need to print a physical voucher.
Q3:What is the validity period of the Kaohsiung FunPASS?
A3:The validity period starts from the date of first use and lasts for the number of days specified on the ticket, with the days needing to be consecutive. For example, if you first use a 3-day Kaohsiung FuPASS at 9:00 AM on January 1, the ticket will be valid until 11:59 PM on January 3. The validity is calculated in days, not hours.
Q4:When does the validity period start?
A4:The validity starts from the first use of any product. Simply registering the serial number or activating the Taiwan FunPASS does not start the validity period.
Q5:Can I get a refund if I don’t use all of it?
A5:Once the product is used, returns and refunds are not accepted.
Q6:How to use shopping discounts?
A6:Go to participating attractions or stores, open the app, and show the QR code within the app to the staff to use the discount.
Q7:Where can I exchange the exclusive limited-edition souvenir "Kaohsiung Dragon and Tiger Pagoda Mugs"?
A7:You can exchange it at the Pier-2 Art Center in Kaohsiung (Address: No. 1 Dayong Road, Yancheng District, Kaohsiung City). Business hours: Monday to Thursday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM / Friday to Sunday & holidays 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Note: Exchanging the souvenir is considered as card usage, so please be mindful of the card’s validity period.
