Exclusive Souvenir: Kaohsiung Dragon and Tiger Pagodas Cup Set (Free Redemption)
The "Dragon and Tiger Pagodas Cup Set" is designed based on the famous Kaohsiung landmark, the Dragon and Tiger Pagodas. This seven-story structure, completed in 1976 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, is a renowned international attraction at Lotus Pond. Visitors must enter through the dragon's mouth and exit through the tiger's mouth, symbolizing the concept of "entering through the dragon's throat and exiting through the tiger's mouth" to bring good fortune and ward off evil.
In Taiwan, we welcome friends by filling this beer cup with Taiwan beer, raising it high, clinking the cups together, and shouting
"HO DA LA (Cheers)!" before drinking it all in celebration. This cup represents the message:
"Friend, welcome to Taiwan!"
How to Use Your E-Ticket

This is an
e-ticket (QR Code). No paper ticket will be mailed to you.

Once payment is complete, please check the email address you registered with for the
【Payment Confirmation Email】 and use the QR Code attached to it for redemption;
alternatively, on the website go to
【Member Center】→
【My Orders】→ the
【Paid】 tab → click
【View】, and you can show the QR Code inside for redemption.

Please bring your phone with the
e-voucher (QR Code) to each partner redemption point and show it to a staff member, or scan it at the dedicated self-service kiosk.

does not offer an order modification function. To change the quantity purchased, you must request a refund and then place a new order.

has been validated and used, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

Opening hours: the opening hours of each partner attraction and store are subject to the information posted on site. Please check the official website for the latest details before setting out.

How the Validity Period Is Calculated
The validity period is counted from the day of first use for the number of days indicated on the pass, and those days must be consecutive.
Example: taking the Kaohsiung FunPASS 1-Day Pass as an example, if the pass is first used at 09:00 on 1 January, it remains valid until 23:59 on 1 January. Validity is counted in "days", not in "hours".

When the Validity Period Begins
The validity period begins the moment you use your first item; whichever attraction you use first, the countdown starts from then.

How to Use the One-Day Kaohsiung MRT & Light Rail QR Code Pass
When taking the MRT: open the QR code for this product on your phone and hold the screen close to the QR code reader on the fare gate. Once it is read successfully and the gate opens, you may enter or exit the station.
When taking the Light Rail: card reader validation is not currently required. If approached by an inspector on the platform or on board, please show the QR code screen for this product for verification.

Notes for Each Attraction
National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (Weiwuying): the scheduled daytime and evening guided tours are conducted in Chinese only. For an English or Japanese tour, please contact the customer service line (07)262-6666 or the customer service email service@npac-weiwuying.org at least 10 days in advance.
Alien Art Centre: the item available for redemption is one full-price exhibition-only ticket.
Hamasen Museum of Taiwan Railway: the item available for redemption is one single admission ticket to the railway model exhibition.
Suzuka Circuit Park: the rides covered by "Choice of 2 rides" and the "SKM Park NT$100 voucher" do not include Mini Suzuka Circuit, Little Knight or Mini Engineer.
Zhongwai Bakery Chess Cake Cultural & Creative Museum: redeemable for one "chess cake DIY session" (three chess cakes included, gift box provided).
Duchuantou Sea of Ice: the designated item for redemption is the "red bean milk shaved ice (double size)"; no additional toppings are available under this offer.

How to Redeem the Exclusive Souvenir, the "Kaohsiung Dragon & Tiger Pagodas Glass Set"
Please redeem at The Pier-2 Art Center (address: No. 1, Dayong Rd., Yancheng Dist., Kaohsiung City). Opening hours: Monday to Thursday 10:00 - 18:00 / Friday to Sunday and national holidays 10:00 - 20:00.
Important: redeeming the gift counts as activating the pass, so please keep your pass's validity period in mind.

In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, torrential rain and other natural disasters), the organizer may postpone or cancel the activity out of concern for public safety, with advance notice and contact. For any matters not covered herein, the organizer reserves the right to amend, terminate or alter the details of the activity.
